FBR income tax (Section 149)

Monthly withholding by the projection method, handling increments, mid-year joiners and tax brought forward from a previous employer. Slabs are data-driven per tax year — TY2026 and TY2027 are seeded and update as the Finance Act changes.

EOBI & provincial social security

EOBI at the correct rate of minimum wage. PESSI, SESSI, KP ESSI and BESSI employer contributions, each with configurable rate, wage base and coverage ceiling.

Statutory exports

EOBI contribution sheet, social security sheet, Section 149/165 withholding statement, and annual salary and tax certificates — ready to file or hand to an employee.

Bank salary files

IBFT/RAAST bulk-transfer files from editable templates for HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan, ABL and Bank Alfalah, plus a generic template for any other bank.

Bonuses, adjustments & loans

One-off bonuses and pay adjustments, plus earned-wage advances and Qard-e-Hasna loans that recover automatically in payroll, with the Section 13(7) loan perquisite applied when a benchmark rate is set.

Provident fund & gratuity

A dedicated module tracking member contributions, profit and withdrawals, and calculating gratuity and leave encashment on final settlement.

Biometric attendance

ZKTeco ADMS push endpoint for real-time punches, with CSV import as a fallback. Attendance applies shift, grace, half-day, overtime, Ramzan timing, Friday timing, holidays and approved leave.

WhatsApp payslips

PDF payslips sent via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API — payday communication that doesn't depend on staff checking email.

Employee records

CNIC, NTN, EOBI and social security numbers, bank/IBAN, reporting line, shift, biometric PIN and effective-dated salary history.

Payroll workflow

Draft → Processed → Approved → Paid, handling absences, unpaid leave, a late-arrival policy, and joiner/leaver pro-ration.
