Works fully offline
Counting runs on the phone itself. Photos never leave it unless you choose to share — good for factory floors and stores with poor signal.
You stay in control of the number
Every item is marked on the photo; tap to add a missed item or remove a wrong one. Less-certain marks are highlighted so you know where to look.
Ignore the clutter
Draw a box around the items to count and tap one example item, so tables, packaging and loose items are left out — the app knows exactly what one item looks like.
Proof you can share
Every saved count keeps its photo and marks. Share a marked photo (count and date in the header) or a spreadsheet (CSV) for stock records.

Frequently asked questions
Does it need an internet connection to count?
No — counting runs entirely on the phone. You only need internet once, to activate the phone (or use an offline activation code at sites with no signal at all).
How accurate is it?
We're not publishing an accuracy figure yet — it depends on the item and the photo. Every item is marked on the photo so you can check and correct the count yourself before saving it.
What if it misses or double-counts something?
Tap any marked spot to remove it, or tap an unmarked item to add it. The final saved count reflects your corrections.
Can I count something that's not in the template list?
Yes — contact us and we'll add a template tuned for your item.
What happens when my license expires?
Counting stops, but everything you've already saved stays readable and exportable.
Is it available on iPhone?
Not yet — Android is available now, and iPhone is planned.
Do I need to create an account in the app?
No account needed in the app itself. Customers also get access to Innovative Encompass's My Account, our shared customer portal.
